FUGI (Future Generation) is an outreach to underprivileged youth and families. We are a community of believers who are highly dedicated in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to neighborhood youth. Volunteers will be trained and participating in one or more of the following: teaching, worshiping, evangelism, food service, leading devotions and prayer, discipleship and all around serving. This is a ministry that is challenging yet highly engaging and rewarding.
FUGI meets on Thursday nights from 5:45-7:30 weekly at the Sashabaw Meadows Mobile Home Community Center in Clarkston, MI throughout the school year.
Communities In Schools effectively delivers the human, financial and community resources to help children succeed in school.
Client Choice Food Pantry providing FREE food to over 500 families each month. Families shop and choose the food they like and know their kids will eat. Each family receives approximately 60 lbs. of food. Protein rich items like milk, eggs, cheese, yogurt, salads, fresh fruits and veggies, chicken, pork and beef products along with the typical pantry items given elsewhere like canned goods, beans, rice, juice, bread, cereals and boxed meals.

Accent Pontiac is a non-profit organization in Pontiac, MI. Our mission is to strengthen Pontiac's youth and community through equitable access to intensive and consistent music making with the vision that all children in Pontiac will achieve their full potential through equal access to quality music learning. We are in our 4th year serving two elementary schools in Pontiac (Whitman and Alcott), with in-school bucket drumming classes, and an extensive after-school music program with percussion, woodwind, and brass instruments where students create and perform music!
In this current crisis as our regular programming is suspended due to school closures, we are continuing to serve our community by delivering food, supplies, and music materials/virtual learning opportunities to the families we served during the school year in our after-school program.

We Serve Pontiac Community and Surrounding Communities in Oakland County. We Serve Lunch from 11:30am-1:00pm.
We provide clothing, small household items and food to the area social service agencies. The caseworkers place an order with us for their clients' needs. With donated items and purchased items, we fill these orders. The caseworkers pick up the orders and deliver to their clients.
Neighborhood House walks the path toward self-sustainability with our neighbors during times of hardship. We are food pantry that wants to help. We collect and distribute food and clothes to the Rochester area of those in need.

Community Health Worker Team: Helps connect patients and members of the community to resources. We also help people apply for Mi Bridges benefits (Medicaid, Food assistance, Cash assistance, child care assistance, and State Emergency relief). We also started Life in the Community Calls to help those that are involuntarily socially isolated and would like to chit chat.
We help individuals in need by connecting them to the resources that area in our area. We use social media, telephone and emails to inform in our community about what is happen throughout Oakland County Michigan.
I see that you need help with tutoring Pontiac students online. I have a whole team of writing consultants who are used to working with writers online. I'm sure we could help by creating some presentations or doing some one-on-one tutoring.

Our goal is to be ‘A New Beacon of Hope’ for those in need and provide a larger reach across all of southeastern Michigan. By coming together, our agency will be able to provide more services for more people. Our work is centered around building communities that end homelessness and helping people move from crisis toward self-sufficiency.
