We are a homeless runaway youth shelter for youth ages 10-17. We provide shelter, basic needs, case management and counseling.

The Sheriff PAL program was created in 2015 to help fill the critical need for youth programming. Regular youth programming includes sports and mentoring opportunities.
We are a performing arts program for elementary school students that focuses on giving kids a sense of belonging, identity, and purpose. We provide after school programming with Kaleo Kids, songwriting workshops, and summer camps.
HPWC! is a diverse group of educators, human service agency specialists, faith-based representatives, government leaders, healthcare professionals, public and mental health experts, and residents. We are an informal group that encourages sharing of current projects, learning opportunities and resources related to our goals. No single group or agency can make a community healthy—so much more can happen by working together. Partnering on planning, promotion and funding helps make our resources work smarter. The coalition's endeavors become improvements throughout the city that make Pontiac a healthier place to live, work, and play.
Community Health Worker Team: Helps connect patients and members of the community to resources. We also help people apply for Mi Bridges benefits (Medicaid, Food assistance, Cash assistance, child care assistance, and State Emergency relief). We also started Life in the Community Calls to help those that are involuntarily socially isolated and would like to chit chat.
