COVID Response Emergency Food Aid Program

With more families in need in our community, the COVID Response Network is working hard to ensure every person in our community has access to a food when they request it in a safe and sustainable way. We need your help to ensure that every person who needs it can get the food delivered to their home, all while doing it safely.

Volunteered before?

Sign in to your account to make selecting volunteer opportunities quick and easy, as well as view your deliveries. Your username is your email address you signed up with. You may need to reset your password if you have never logged in before. 


Step 1: Select date

Select from the available delivery dates to choose the best date for you. You can schedule to drive on multiple days as well, but in order to keep our warehouse running safely and efficiently, signing up begins with the date.

Step 2: Select family

Once you have selected a date, you will see a table of all the available deliveries that can be done on that date. You can filter the results by family size, city, or anything else you can think of to ensure your deliveries make sense for you.

Step 3: Select time

In order ensure that we do not have too many people in one place for safety reasons, we have specific timeslots with maximum allowed deliveries. Once you’ve selected your delivery, confirm the time from the available times and submit!

Step 4: Pick up

On the day(s) and time(s) you signed up for, you will head to the Waterford Warehouse located here. You will drive up to the main loading door and a volunteer will check your deliveries and bring your deliveries outside and place them inside your car or truck.

Step 5: Deliver

Drive to the addresses you signed up for, deliver the food to the porch or door, and then call or text the recipient to let them know their meal has arrived. You will have the address and phone number in your email as well as your account page if you created an account.

Step 6: Report

Once you’ve delivered the food, simply click the link in your email or in your account to quickly confirm you have made the delivery, add any notes, update an incorrect address, or more. This helps everyone know that the food made it to the right place!
