2020 Holiday Gift Delivery
With more families in need in our community, the COVID Response Network is working hard this holiday to ensure our partner organizations can deliver their adopt a family gifts for donors who are at risk to go out. We need your help to ensure that every person who needs it can get their holiday gifts safely this season.
Sign in to your account to make selecting volunteer opportunities quick and easy, as well as view your deliveries. Your username is your email address you signed up with. You may need to reset your password if you have never logged in before.
HOW IT WORKS
Step 1: Browse delivery
Select from the available deliveries, looking at dates and times that work for you. Make sure you have a vehicle large enough to accommodate the family you will be delivering to.
Step 2: Confirm delivery
Confirm the delivery on the confirmation page to receive all the related details about your deliveries by email. Once you confirm, you will also be able to see them in on your account page.
Step 3: Pick up
On the day(s) and time(s) you signed up for, you will head to the Waterford Warehouse at 2230 Mall Dr E, Waterford, MI 48328. You will drive up to the main loading door and a volunteer will bring out the gifts you will deliver to your vehicle.
Step 4: Deliver
Drive to the addresses you signed up for, deliver the gift to the porch or door, and then call or text the recipient to let them know their gifts have arrived. You will have the address and phone number in your email as well as your account page.
Step 5: Report
Once you’ve delivered the gifts, simply click the link in your email or in your account to quickly confirm you have made the delivery, add any notes, update an incorrect address, or more. This helps everyone know that the gifts made it!
